Grouping Things Together
Yes, I am aware it has been a while since posting an article in this section of the blog. Even though, I have made some progress with getting a handle on my own sites as well as for my customers. (the ones I kept 
I posted an article with an offering back in September, to attract certain types of blogs, a chance to get a hosted blog with my company Garlic Dzign for only $1.00 a month. Can you believe NO ONE asked about it or has tried. The only kind remarks and help I got to promte this idea was from Lynn over at Sparkling Dawg Design. Thank you Lynn for mentioning it on your wonderful site!
OK, well the offer still stands, if any of you out there are the least bit interested.
I will be making quite a few changes at Garlic D’zign real soon. Here a few things. One I have decided that I will no longer sell domain names or try and compete for this spot. I have a good friend that lives real close to me, that runs a domain only site so I will be directing all those needing a domain name there to purchase. The process is quite simple. I know this because we both use the same program for domains and we both buy our blocks from enom. I have found this service to run much smoother when it comes to transferring names, or pointing dns. Much quicker and easier than the bigger companies. I will also be taking a few other services down since we are soon to release a new CMS program that we believe will work better than most blogging platforms or other CMS programs. Stay tuned more on that later.
The other thing is Wordpress Themes we will soon release and we do Wordpress re-designs for customers.
The one main thing I am trying to do is integrate or inter twine a handful of my own blogs. I will start by listing them here and what these blogs are about.
- Sunday Morning Blogger - a place to vent, a place to unwind, reflect, and think out loud….
- Deborah Kunzie - my personal bird photography site (still under heavy construction) but its my passion…
- Florida Bird Magazine - I created this just 25 days ago, visitors have reached past 500 so far. Not bad for a new site. Its for all bird lovers, especially those in Florida. I also started a Florida Bird Magazine Group over at Flickr to help Florida Bird Photographers gain more attention to their own work.
And of course there will be the changes to Garlic D’zign site as well as a couple more that I will list later. Let me hear your feedback on these!

I look forward to seeing what you’ll be doing for a CMS. I need a good one for clients who aren’t techie enough to handle Joomla, Drupal, or Mambo. Hope yours steps up from the blog and eases the painful interface of a CMS.
Will keep you updated Lynn for sure. Its going to be open source and clean code, anyone can look at the code, understand it and create features and themes easily.
Easy themes installation, the themes don’t require any config at all, you just copy them and they are working, ppl want that, not to have to configure them, although configurations are good.
Clean, good CMS style, big texts, understandable, almost kind of stupid-proof product
