Only by our existence does life breathe.
So in your existing life, what kind of air are you breathing?
Look around your space, what do you see?
Are there obstacles breaking the ease of flowing air? Does the air move smoothly?
If you were asked to sit still for a moment and do nothing but breathe, could you? Could you do it without thinking of anything but the air? If you can, do you hear the sound of your breathing?
Does it flow freely? Or do you sense a blockage in its path? You would know by the struggle.
If you wanted to learn to breathe with more ease and someone with years of experience and wisdom could help you, would you be willing to listen?
One step at a time is all it takes.
If asked to start by removing only one thing today from around you that might be blocking your forwardness, could you remove it?
If you did, now, you have made room for more air to reach you. You did this with no effort. Simple wasn’t it?
Can you follow this suggestion once a day, or a week, to allow more and more of the fresh air to reach you?
Start.
